Cynthia Flowers, owner of Kitty City Inc. of Tampa Florida
Kitty City, Inc. is wholly owned by Cynthia Flowers. Cindy, who spent her formative years in Gainesville, Georgia; holds a bachelor of science degree from the Medical College of Georgia and has served as a commissioner-appointed member on the Hillsborough County Animal Advisory Board. She is the past president of the North Tampa Chamber of Commerce.
